This Privacy Policy describes how Capela Acústica, built by DIGA Inova — Software Development, collects, uses and protects your personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email and password (stored encrypted), or your basic Google profile data when you choose social sign-in.
  • Content you create: personal charts, setlists, chosen keys, tags and favorites.
  • Usage data: technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used in aggregate to improve the product.
  • Payment data: processed by payment providers; we do not store your card number.

2. How we use the data

  • Authenticate you and sync your charts, keys and setlists across devices.
  • Process the Premium subscription and issue charges.
  • Enable the sharing of charts and setlists that you initiate.
  • Improve the app with aggregated, anonymous metrics.
  • Send essential communications about your account.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with providers essential to operations (hosting, authentication and payments), under contract, or when required by law. Charts and setlists you mark as public are visible to other app users, by your own choice.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Internal access is restricted and audited. No system is 100% infallible, but we follow industry best practices to protect your information.

5. Your rights (LGPD)

You may request, at any time: confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, anonymization and deletion of your data, as well as consent withdrawal. To exercise these rights, write to contato@capelaacustica.com.

6. Cookies and local storage

This marketing site only uses local storage (localStorage) to remember your preferred language. The application uses cookies and local storage strictly necessary for the authenticated session.
