Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Capela Acústica application and this website, operated by DIGA Inova — Software Development. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Capela Acústica is a web application of chord charts and liturgical setlists for Catholic musicians, featuring a library, key transposition, ChordPro chart creation, setlists per celebration, sharing and PDF export.

2. Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
  • Registration requires truthful information and a valid email address.
  • Accounts may be suspended for abusive use or violation of these terms.

3. Plans and payment

  • The Free plan includes the public chord library, favorites and transposition.
  • The Premium Monthly plan (R$ 5.99/month, roughly US$ 1.10) includes unlimited personal charts, unlimited setlists, PDF export, sharing and reference videos.
  • The Premium Annual plan (R$ 59.90/year, roughly US$ 11.00) includes the same features as Premium Monthly for the price of ten monthly payments.
  • Billing is recurring and can be cancelled anytime under “Manage subscription”, effective at the end of the current cycle.
  • Prices may be adjusted with prior notice inside the app.

4. User-generated content

  • The charts and setlists you create remain yours; you grant us a license to store and display them according to the visibility you choose (public or private).
  • By publishing content as public, you declare you have the right to share it.
  • Content that infringes copyright may be removed upon notice.

5. Music copyright

Chord charts are intended for liturgical and rehearsal use. The rights to the musical works belong to their authors and publishers. If you are a rights holder and wish to request removal, write to contato@capelaacustica.com.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to distribute offensive content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer or overload the infrastructure.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and may undergo maintenance and updates. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Relevant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of the service after an update implies agreement.
